FB Anderson Arrested for Weapon Misdemeanor

Cowboys fullback Deon Anderson is in a boatload of legal trouble after reportedly threatening a restaurant employee early Tuesday morning and brandishing a loaded gun.

According to a police report, off-duty police officers at the BlackFinn restaurant in Addison, Texas were told that a man had a gun in the parking lot. The restaurant’s parking valet said that Anderson had pulled a gun from his car and threatened the valet with it. (The valet later filed a criminal complaint.)

The police discovered a loaded gun in the nearby bushes, with one round chambered.

Anderson was arrested on traffic warrants issued by the city of Irving, according to the police report. They charged Anderson with misdemeanor deadly conduct, leaving his car to be impounded.

Anderson’s 25-year-old brother was also at the scene and arrested on charges of public intoxication.

Anderson spoke to ESPNDallas.com on Tuesday, saying that he didn’t touch anyone or use profane language. He said that his car wouldn’t start after he used valet parking, and he wanted to know why.
